Shark tooth - silver (pendant)

This is a replica of a fossilised sand tiger shark tooth. The shark lived 55.5 million years ago, in a warm shallow sea in an area that is now called Herne Bay off the north coast of Kent.

These replicas are exact copies of the original, made by the lost wax casting process. These silver shark teeth are made of Sterling silver, are hallmarked on the reverse side, and have loops so that they can be worn on a chain (supplied) or thong (which would cost £24). The loops are placed so that the chain passes behind the silver shark tooth.

Size: 15mm x 22mm
